Meet the founders: Harold and Rachele Ferguson
We are an average everyday married couple building our future with passive income in real estate. Our dream is to spend time with our families and build our communities one household at a time with the financial knowledge we have obtained thought-out the years.
In the past, working 40 to70 hours a week, we found ourselves spending more time at work than with our families. We noticed the more we accumulated debt, the more we were controlled by our jobs and our financial situation. These two things dictated when we woke up, went to sleep, spent family time, went to church, and took vacations.
After seeing no end to this cycle of working just to pay bills and feeling empty in our lives, we decided we needed to make a major change to escape the rat race. We needed to take back control of our lives. Our goal then became freeing ourselves from debt and replacing our jobs with cash-flowing passive income. Working hard to restructure our lives, we focused on paying off our debts one account at a time.
Eventually after 8 years of hard work, dedication, and compromise; We’ve reached our goal and are now investing in real estate. We started this company because we wanted to show and teach other families how to free themselves from debt and unfavorable circumstances the same way we did. We have formulated a step-by-step program that has enabled us to pay off our debt and generate passive income in real estate.
Together, we witnessed the power and impact education has in a community and vowed to educate and empower other people on their path to financial freedom.
